Perform the following steps to change your password:

1. Click the Profile button.
2. Enter your new password.
3. Click on Save to confirm your new password.

Perform the following steps to change your payout details:

1. Navigate to Profile -> Payout Data.
2. Change your payout details.
3. Click on Save to confirm your new payout details.

Our upload system can process JPG and PNG files of a minimum of 150x200 px and a maximum of 10000x10000 px in size.

Perform the following steps to create an image gallery:

1. Navigate to My Accounts and select the desired account.
2. Click the red +Create Gallery button.
3. Name your gallery and click the Create button.
4. Start uploading images to your new gallery or click Close if you only want to start uploading images later on.

Perform the following steps to upload an image:

1. Navigate to My Accounts and select the desired account.
2. Choose one of your image galleries (see question 4: How can I create a new image gallery?).
3. Click the red Upload Images button.
4. Click on Browse and select your image.
5. Optional: tag your images and filter them by categories.
6. Click on Upload all

There are three types of social media activities.

• Original image posted to your page’s timeline with a shop link.

  If you opt for this, your image will be posted as a regular image on your timeline and added to your Facebook page’s photo gallery with a purchase link tagged to it.

  Perform the following steps to upload an image with a purchase link:
  
  1. Navigate to My Accounts, select the desired account and open the Image Galleries tab.
  2. Open an image gallery.
  3. Select the picture and click the social media channel through which you want to share your image.
  4. Select Post original image with shop link on page wall and click the Connect Pages button.
  5. Log into your social media account.
  6. Select the correct Facebook page, add a description and click Post on Facebook.

• Clickable composite products preview

  If you opt for a clickable products preview, your image will be posted as a link preview, and not as an image.

  Perform the following steps to upload an image as a click-through composite products preview:
  
  1. Navigate to My Accounts, select the desired account and open the Image Galleries tab.
  2. Open an image gallery.
  3. Select the picture and click the social media channel through which you want to share your image.
  4. Select Share clickable composite products preview and add a title and description.
  5. Click Share on Facebook.
  6. Select the right Facebook page, add a description and click Post on Facebook.
  7. Select the right fan page and say something about your post.
  8. Click Post to Facebook.

• Clickable single product preview

  If you opt for this option, your image will be posted as a link preview, and not as an image.

  Perform the following steps to upload an image as a click-through composite products preview:
  
  1. Navigate to My Accounts, select the desired account and open the Image Galleries tab.
  2. Open an image gallery.
  3. Select the picture and click the social media channel through which you want to share your image.
  4. Select Share clickable single product preview and the product you want to show.
  5. Click Share on Facebook.
  6. Select the correct Facebook page, add a description and click Post on Facebook.
  7. Select the correct fan page and say something about your post.
  8. Click Post to Facebook.

This feature is only available for Facebook, and applies only to the first type of social media activity – posting an original image to your timeline with a shop link.

Perform the following steps to schedule a post:

1. Navigate to My Accounts, select the desired account and open the Image Galleries tab.
2. Open an image gallery.
3. Select the picture and click the social media channel through which you want to share your image.
4. Select Post original image with shop link on page wall (this is the only social media activity option that allows this feature) and click the Connect Pages button.
5. Log into your Facebook account.
6. Select the correct Facebook page and add a description.
7. Click on Schedule post and pick a desired date and time.

Open Scheduled Posts in the navigation menu to see all posts that have already been scheduled. To edit your scheduled posts, please visit your Facebook page.

Note that the edits made via your Facebook page will not be reflected on the back-end of Monetize.ly.

Perform the following steps to download a report:

1. Navigate to My Accounts, select the desired account and open the Data tab.
2. Click the Report button.
3. Select a time period of interest and click Apply.

Your social media pages can be connected with Monetize.ly in the course of creating a post.
After you’ve selected an image, a social media channel and an activity, our system prompts you to log into your social media account.
From here, you can connect your various social media accounts with your Monetize.ly account.

Our sharing functionality allows sharing an image combined with a shop link on many different social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest.

There are three ways to publish your image:

1. Original image with shop link
2. Clickable products preview
3. Clickable single product preview

If you opt for a clickable products preview or a clickable single product preview, your image will be posted as a link preview and not as an image.

Perform the following steps to delete an image gallery:

1. Navigate to My Accounts, select the desired account and open the Image Galleries tab.
2. Click on the X button on the right side.
3. Click Confirm to proceed.

By changing the settings of the composite preview, you can change the type of products featured in the clickable products preview.
These settings work on an account level so you can configure different constellations of products to feature for each account you own.

Perform the following steps to change the products in the image preview configurator:

1. Navigate to My Accounts, select the desired account and open the Date tab.
2. Select the products you would like to feature.
3. Click on Save to confirm.

Our system allows you to give a discount on the products you sell on Monetize.ly.
You can apply discount settings on 3 levels: on an individual image, on an image gallery, or throughout an entire account.

Perform the following steps to apply a discount to your products:

1. Navigate to My Accounts, select the desired image, image gallery or account, and open the %Prices tab.
2. Select Use discount code and choose one of the three discount options.
3. If you so desire, certain social media channels may be excluded.
4. Click on Save to confirm.

The navigation point Stats gives you an overview of all your accounts.
The performance indicators can be viewed on the following levels: image level, image gallery level, or account level.
To see this breakdown, select the desired level on the Stats tab.

Please note there is no TOP 5 Products breakdown for the clicks and conversion rate indicators.
